I can't stand it anymore
A long time friend of my mom's just HAD to preach to me about getting married. Why? Why must they be so concerned about whether I'm married or not? So what if I don't get married? So what if I do? Does it bloody concern them? Maybe the red packets issue but that's totally besides the point.
That's it. I'm going overseas next Chinese New Year.

This is a true story of my friend.
His sister was also bugged by an aunt during some cousin's wedding dinner: "So when is it your turn?"
She was quite frustrated after hearing the same thing over and over again.
Until one day, on their common relative's Wake, my friend's sister went up to the same aunt and asked her: "So when is it your turn?"
Regards,
Eugene
bro they are like that irritating yes.. oh well just ignore them bah you get attached married blah blah blah when you want to.. its non for them to say or comment or worst still preach...
Eugene's comments are interesting how people are so indifferent to that person's feelings.. Cheers bro..
next time someone asks that, tell dem u r gay... hahahhaha kidding. i jus take it that those relatives have nothing better to do or ask, n r jus trying to make conversation. do what i do, smile n smile. i dun tink they r even waitinf for an answer
smile until my jaws ache.. haha..
80% of people who ask that dun really care...if they did, they'd know u well enough to know if you're already on the path or not. duh.
usually i say see how...depends...dunno...blah blah...sometimes i dun answer and they just seem to go away.
they dun get the hint if you go abroad one lah. hee.
tell them you are dating a bi-sexual lor....and wait till next year for the big surprise...
i'd like to see their faces thereafter...heehee...
